Bring Bidwell into Claude.
A custom connector gives Claude a way to read Bidwell’s published practice information when you ask about us. It does not connect your patient account.
Custom setup available · Directory review pending
1
Open your connector settings
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors (or Connectors in Settings) and choose Add custom connector. Your account or workspace settings may affect access.
Name it Bidwell Health, then copy this exact server address into the URL field:
https://tools.bidwellhealth.com/mcp
Choose No sign in if asked. No Bidwell login, patient credentials, API key or payment is required. Review the read-only tool permissions and finish adding the connection.
3
Try a public-information question
Enable Bidwell Health for the conversation, then ask:
“Use Bidwell Health to explain how an online visit works and show the official source.”
A connection being enabled does not mean every answer uses it. Ask Claude to use Bidwell Health and cite the source.
Setup guidance checked October 13, 2026. Read Claude’s current instructions. A workspace owner may need to add it first. You can disconnect it in the same settings.
Know what you’re using
Clear sources. Clear boundaries.
Your symptom notes stay with you
The guide keeps selections in the open page’s memory. It does not send them to Bidwell, the connector, an AI model or analytics, and it does not save them to browser storage. Leaving or refreshing clears them. Copies you print or put on your clipboard remain wherever you choose to keep or share them.
Education, separate from care
The guide helps adults describe symptoms and read general education. It does not diagnose, rank possible causes, check answers for urgency, recommend treatment, or determine whether Bidwell can treat you. No clinician monitors the guide. Do not delay care or change treatment because of it.
Evidence you can read yourself
The guide links to published guidance and research, including CDC and NIDDK information. Prevention topics distinguish established guidance from emerging or mixed evidence. Sources and their check dates are available in the guide. Source checking does not establish independent clinical validation.
Public practice facts only
The connector reads Bidwell’s public service catalogue and published pages. It has no patient-record or payment access. Hosting providers may process ordinary technical request records. Your AI service has separate privacy terms.
For a possible medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. The guide is not an emergency service.
Find the public record
Published directory entries
These entries identify the public connector and its endpoint. They are separate from approval in Claude’s directory and do not establish medical endorsement.
The directory submission is still in review. Use the custom setup steps above if your account supports them. This page does not claim directory approval or a partnership with Anthropic.
It asks for a password or a key.
Our public connector needs neither. Check the exact address above and select No sign in if available. Do not enter patient credentials. For technical help, contact support@bidwellhealth.com with the app name and general error message, without personal or medical details.
Can I explore the guide without using Claude?
Yes. Open the guide directly. It works in your browser without an AI account. Descriptive questions, notes, sources and recurrence education are available there.
Does using these tools start a medical visit?
No. They do not create a visit or a clinician-patient relationship. If you choose to seek care, use the practice website and complete your own intake. No assistant may fill in or submit that form for you.
